Profile of Waste Water treatment Plant for Industrial Use for Caopu Section, Anning, Yunnan Province
Situated at the Caopu section of the Anning Industrial Park, Yunnan Province, the water plant takes water from the Tanglangchuan, the Only water outlet of the giant Dian Lake, and supplies the water, after treatment, to major corporations such as Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation (Kunming Facility) and CNPC located in the park for production usage. Total capacity of the project stands at 250,000 m3/d（100,000 m3/d of crude water from Tanglangchuan is supplied to Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation; 150,000 m3/d is supplied to other companies in the park after treatment）. A combined process is adopted, encompassing: first-stage coagulation and sedimentation +second-stage biochemical treatment（biological membrane A/O process）+air flotation, filtration, and in-depth treatment.
Technical course of water treatment for the project is as follows： Water intake project（shutter dam→ box type water intake head→ feed water flow pipe→ water intake pumping station）→ feed water pipe project → purification yard project （tube type static mixer→ fine screens→ mixture well → micro vortex flocculation, horizontal sedimentation tank→ biological membrane A/O process tank → coagulation air flotation tank →D-type filter → laminated water cleaning tank →chlorine disinfect → absorbing well → variable-frequency compression system）→ water transmission and supply pipe project.
Technical course for sludge treatment：
Technical course for sludge treatment is as follows： Various sludge scruff→ sludge drainage tank → sludge thickener mechanisms → sludge storage tank →sludge Dewatering house（with pressure filter）→ sludge removal and burying.
The designed indexes of quality of regenerated water are COD≤150mg/l, BOD5 ≤15 mg/l, TN≤15 mg/L, NH3-N≤10 mg/l and TP≤3mg/l; the designed water quality criteria shall be in line with the quality standard for supply water for open recycling cooling system as per Quality of Urban Waste Water Regenerated Water for Industrial Use （GB/T19923—2005）, specifically COD ≤60mg/l, BOD5≤10 mg/l, NH3-N ≤10 mg/l, and turbidity≤3. This project could reduce discharge of COD by 8,000 tons per annum.
Hydrochina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation undertook this project on EPC basis,The project started on March 8th, 2011, and checked and accepted on December 18th, 2013.
